Outstanding Support

Post warranty support for Bell Technologies Butler Paging Systems is truly unique.

The Directors maintain an ongoing, personal relationship with all clients and believe that no other provider can offer such long-term continuity.  Owners of systems procured in the early years of this century can still discuss any issues or new requirement arising with the same person they dealt with at purchase.

Telephone Support

As our systems are designed with care and built with such high quality components, they are very reliable. Should a problem arise, the Directors are always happy to assist in resolving it over the telephone.

Ad Hoc Repairs

We operate a prompt turnaround service via courier to restore full functionality in the shortest possible time for any equipment requiring service or repair

On-site attendance is very rarely necessary but can be arranged where required.

Formal support agreements

Some clients prefer to have a formal support agreement in place and this does bring a number of advantages:

  • All parts and labour required for problem determination and repairs to your equipment (excluding damage).
  • Access to our pool of spare equipment – this is held exclusively for the benefit of our MA customers.
  • Free ad-hoc configuration changes for service bells and pagers.
  • Priority escalations with our suppliers for equipment repairs & new equipment required for maintenance purposes.
  • Priority within Bell Technologies for both in-house work and on-site arrangements.
  • Our detailed knowledge of your systems and their development over time.

Budgeted expenditure rather than unbudgeted.
